Recurring - pledge commitments versus payments

Donation Type alone is insufficient to distinguish every recurring installment from pledge installments: installment rows share donation_type=installment, while subscription_type distinguishes pledge subscriptions. Use recurring commitment and pledge commitment reports for new commitments, with their intended commitment date; use payment reports for received installments/one-time payments with the matching payment date. In the school report service, recurring commitments exclude pledge donation types, recurring installment reports exclude pledge subscriptions, and pledge payment/commitment reports have their own query branches. A pledge commitment and its first paid contribution can legitimately reference the same underlying gift; requiring every ID to be disjoint is not itself an accounting rule. Compare record type, amount semantics and dates before deduplicating. The exact two existing report configurations must be to explain their actual overlap.
