Exclude canceled - refunded event people from report

For GiveCampus reporting.

Use an event report with registration/guest RSVP status, payment status and refund totals, then apply the supported filters or filter the exported file to the intended attending population. A refund does not automatically mark every guest canceled; partial refunds may leave attendance valid. Define whether to exclude not-attending people, fully refunded registrations, or any refund, and do not use net-zero payment as a universal cancellation test.
