Change the Stripe deposit schedule

An administrator with permission to manage banking deposits can use Deposits → Deposit Schedule. Select the intended Stripe account if the school has more than one, choose Weekly under Funds Transfer Frequency, select the transfer weekday, and choose Update Deposit Schedule. Verify the saved frequency for that account.

This setting changes the selected Stripe account's payout schedule, not its bank account number and not every processor's schedule. It does not guarantee when a bank posts a particular payout or make pending funds immediately available. Bank-account replacement requires its own authorized workflow. PayPal follows the separate daily schedule described below.

PayPal daily deposits and the UTC batch window

The Deposit Schedule control changes Stripe, not PayPal. The published GiveCampus deposit guide, reviewed September 23, 2026, says PayPal deposits are initiated daily, including weekends and holidays, and do not offer weekly or monthly consolidation. Selecting Monthly for Stripe therefore does not stop daily PayPal deposits.

The guide gives PayPal's daily batch as 08:01 UTC through 08:00 UTC the following day. Use UTC when comparing the report's batch window; local clock times change with timezone and daylight saving. This is dated processor-operation guidance, not a guarantee of bank arrival. The same guide distinguishes initiation/report dates from the bank's additional processing time. For a missing or unexpected deposit, compare processor, deposit ID, period and actual bank posting rather than assuming the Stripe schedule applies.
