Campaign gifts within a date range

Open the intended campaign’s donation report and export its gifts, then filter the exported gift-date column to your desired period. The ordinary campaign export action scopes the campaign but does not pass a date range to the report service, so do not assume a school-level date picker also constrains that export. Alternatively, export the school donation report for the chosen date field/range and retain only the exact campaign, using identifiers where names could repeat. Review payment states and avoid combining recurring commitments with their installments as separate cash gifts.
