All Gifts failed states and zero donors applied

Zero Donors Applied to Campaign does not mean a failed payment. When donor name and email are present, All Gifts counts the first case-insensitive name/email pair and gives later rows for that pair zero additional donors; those rows can still add dollars, including repeated gifts or split rows. Joint-donor and nameless adjustment rows have special counting rules. Ordinary failed contributions are not selected by the base query, but pledge-failed, recurring-failed/canceled, unpaid and pending states can be included under the report’s commitment/campaign-credit rules. This is not proof of settled cash: use transaction status and deposit/payment reports for reconciliation.
