A paid gift and a failed payout are different records

A donor payment and the transfer of school funds to its bank are separate. A bank-restriction or failed-payout message is not, by itself, proof that the donor's gift failed or that the donor should pay again. Compare the actual gift/payment record with the deposit/payout record and have support investigate the destination bank restriction with the school's authorized banking contact. Do not infer a successful retry, arrival date, refund, or need for another donation from the description alone.
