Shared school, product-specific payment routing

For GiveCampus payment setup.

Stripe selects a processed Events account for event registrations/auction payments and a processed Online Giving account for contributions, by currency; it falls back to the default school account if no product-specific match exists. Existing banking information for gifts is not proof that Events is onboarded or routes to the same account. Review Events payment setup before accepting ticket payments.
