DAFpay in donation reports

DAFpay donations are Contribution records and appear in donation reporting subject to the report's status/date filters. The payment processor value identifies DAFpay. The report data supports DAF tracking ID, grant ID and fund ID when populated. Reporting inclusion does not prove the grant has settled or a bank deposit has arrived; inspect the gift/payment state separately.
