Download All Gifts and distinguish applied amounts from transactions

Where available, open the campaign's Donations area and choose Download Donation Report → Download All Gifts Report, or All Gifts Report from the campaign report menu. The report is emailed to the requesting user. The confirmation advises retrying if it has not arrived within 15 minutes; this is not a guaranteed delivery time.

Menu availability requires reporting access and the campaign's aligned-count reporting configuration. The gate does not require a completed campaign. If one campaign lacks the option, ask support to compare configuration and permission rather than assuming the cause is an active state or having been cloned. Contact Support if the expected option is missing.

The report combines contribution rows, individual offline gifts and applicable offline adjustments. Amount Transacted and Amount Applied to Campaign are different columns. Use the applied columns when reconciling campaign totals; do not treat every row as a new paid gift or count every row as a distinct donor. Designation/affiliation-filtered reports can include different adjustment rows from the full campaign report. State, recurring commitments and split allocations also affect interpretation.

Custom online reports versus the All Gifts export

Ordinary configurable online donation reports do not acquire individual offline gifts just by adding columns. Where enabled, the campaign All Gifts Report combines online contributions, individual offline gifts and applicable adjustments, but its column list is fixed rather than using the custom online report template. For additional online custom fields, reconcile separate exports carefully with their record types and IDs; do not assume offline records contain answers that were only collected in online checkout.

Combined gifts do not automatically include offline custom recognition text

Use All Gifts for the combined online gifts, individual offline gifts and applicable adjustments. Its fixed schema does not include arbitrary post-payment donor-recognition responses. Those responses belong to online contribution form data; the standard individual offline gift fields do not supply the same custom post-form answers. Export the online custom response report separately and reconcile with offline donor records by stable gift/source identity, collecting approved recognition wording for offline gifts through a separate process. Do not substitute an anonymous/public name or infer the intended plaque inscription.
