All Gifts Report on completed campaigns

For GiveCampus reporting.

Open the completed campaign’s Donations page and look for Download Donation Report → Download All Gifts Report. That menu is gated by the campaign’s aligned donor-count feature, not a test for active versus completed status. Where it is not enabled, the page only offers Online Gifts Report; that export cannot prove there were no offline gifts. The specific completed campaign’s feature configuration and permissions must be checked before concluding the option should be present.
