All Gifts Report on completed campaigns

When reconciling a campaign’s public donor count, include online gifts, joint donors, offline gifts, and qualifying offline matches and challenges. A gift with a joint donor counts as two donors, although it is one gift record. The All Gifts Report brings these items together; an online-only report can therefore show fewer donors than the campaign page.

Use Donors Applied to Campaign to reconcile donor counts and Amount Applied to Campaign for dollars, rather than counting spreadsheet rows. Repeat-donor handling, adjustments, and report filters can affect the comparison.

Open the completed campaign’s Donations area and select Download Donation Report → Download All Gifts Report. Use the full campaign scope and date range when comparing with the public total. Completing a campaign does not itself prevent downloading this report.

If you only see Online Gifts Report, that export does not establish that the campaign has no offline gifts, matches, or challenges. Contact Support for help with All Gifts reporting access and availability. If the full report still differs from the completed campaign’s displayed total, share the campaign link, report, and filters with Support for reconciliation.
