Update tagged personalization asks without breaking URL

Yes, updating the existing personalization record’s suggested amounts can retain its existing URL. For the school-level tagged CSV workflow, upload the same matched constituent/external ID and same tag with the revised ask columns; the upload updates that person/tag record and reuses its active token. Adding asks later works by that same update. Changing identity/tag, deleting/recreating the record or revoking its token can create a different link, so check successful import rows and test an existing link before sending. This recipe does not apply indiscriminately to legacy per-form autofill tokens or a different workflow override import.
