Text image file size

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The text message and template editors reject images larger than 1 MB (1,048,576 bytes), with a “File size must be under 1 MB” message. Use JPEG, PNG or GIF and keep the file under that limit. This is a file-size check, not a required width or height. No universal recommended pixel dimensions are established by these controls. Preview and send a test to check legibility/cropping on the receiving device.
