Start texting onboarding

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Ask your GiveCampus partner/support contact to start or review school texting onboarding. Texting settings for an existing account are not a self-service account-creation flow. GiveCampus staff handle the provider account and business-profile setup. For a new business profile, be ready to supply the legal business name and EIN, industry, website of the entity holding the EIN, and authorized representative’s name, role, email, and contact details through the requested onboarding process. An existing provider profile may instead be reviewed or reused. Completion and sending availability depend on the actual account setup; do not assume a saved form means texting is ready or promise an approval date.
