Standalone outreach

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

For a standalone scheduled outreach, timing changes are permitted only when no schedule is set or the scheduled time is more than 30 minutes away. Cancellation/rescheduling is blocked at 30 minutes or less. When allowed, clear the schedule through the timing controls to return the outreach to draft and verify the cancellation confirmation. A new scheduled send must be at least one hour in the future.

If the cutoff has passed, contact support immediately, but do not assume an override or recall of already sent messages. Confirm the school time zone and current message state when investigating an urgent request.
