Sequence activities, class years and invitation-group wording

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

An outreach can use multiple recipient sources, but source membership does not automatically create a merge value saying why someone was invited. Use a supported stored field or separate targeted copy. Preferred Class Year uses linked Person/CRM class-year data; it does not compute a reunion anniversary such as 50 th from the year. The Activities token renders only complete activity tickets in the recipient's registration group, omitting unregistered activities rather than printing empty sections. Preview the actual registration recipient. The Custom Field Responses token prints registered question responses as a details block, not arbitrary sentence tokens for every uploaded column.
