Reusing an earlier text audience or recipient upload

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Check whether the earlier text used a saved segment. If so, select that same saved segment as the new outreach audience and review current recipients/opt-outs; there is no need to recreate its original upload solely to reuse it. If the file was uploaded directly to that one outreach, the history and recipient screens do not provide an original-CSV download action. Use your retained file or prepare a reviewed replacement audience. Cloning the text copies content/editor data into a draft but does not copy its audience or original upload. Reusing a segment may reflect updated membership, so it is not a guarantee of an identical historical recipient snapshot.
