Remove US from Outreach footer

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The standard generated Outreach footer always renders the school’s mailing country and falls back to US when that field is blank. Clearing the country therefore does not remove US. There is no country-only hide setting in this footer; keep the actual mailing address accurate and request a product change if the country should be omitted. Editing ordinary email-body content does not remove the generated footer field.
