Personalized mail links without email addresses

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Legacy personalization records enforce a valid email. Newer personalized-workflow tokens instead identify a person and workflow, and do not themselves require an email. For direct-mail links, use the enabled Outreach personalization workflow with stable constituent identifiers, configured ask amounts and exported links; test the intended no-email person. Do not manufacture an email address to bypass the legacy screen.
