Monthly allowance warning says zero of zero

The usage calculation treats a zero permitted allowance as 100% of the limit, even with zero counted recipients. Therefore a “0 out of 0” warning can be a provisioning/entitlement configuration issue; it does not prove messages were sent or the contract ended. Support should compare the school's active subscription allowance, feature-tier access, domain validation and environment with its actual agreement. The displayed overage language is not proof that charges have already occurred. Have your account team confirm the applicable quota and any charges.
