Export unsubscribes and send a resubscription invitation

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Open Outreach Reporting → Email Unsubscribes and use Export to CSV. The on-screen report includes the source outreach, unsubscribe topic and date. The export link does not carry the current search/topic filters, so check and filter the downloaded report rather than assuming it is restricted to the current view or one outreach.

On a person's unsubscribe row, Send Resubscribe Link sends that person a tokenized resubscription link. It does not directly override their preference. Use this supported flow when the person wants to resubscribe, and verify delivery separately; the confirmation message is not proof that the email reached their inbox.
