Donor and Joint Name merge source for honor roll CSV

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The built-in $Donor_and_Joint_Name$ token comes from a linked GiveCampus gift’s joint-gift display, not an arbitrary honor-roll column in an uploaded recipient list. For an approved honor-roll listing supplied by CSV, include a custom column such as custom_honor_roll_name with the desired display value and use $custom_honor_roll_name$ alongside the required recipient headers. Preview actual recipient substitutions; the editor’s sample couple name is only a preview. Confirm duplicate/shared-email handling before sending.
