Reconcile deposit gifts by designation

For GiveCampus reporting.

Export the selected deposit or deposit date range with designation/allocation columns rather than assigning its entire amount to one fund. The deposit report can use custom report columns and split-designation rows. Match gift IDs and allocation amounts to the deposit; do not sum a duplicated full gift amount once for each allocation row. Use the actual configured report/template name instead of promising every school has a report called Designation Report.
