Offline gift exports do not identify every uploader

For GiveCampus reporting.

The Offline Gifts CSV contains project, amount, donor identity, affiliations, designation and location fields; it has no uploader or upload-time column. The offline upload detail page shows the upload timestamp, but that is separate from the gift export and does not identify the acting staff member. For an actor-by-upload audit, provide the campaign and upload IDs to Support for available audit evidence rather than interpreting gift dates as upload dates.
