Full fixed commitment versus installment amount

For a finite subscription, include subscription_amount_paid and subscription_amount_remaining from Recurring Subscription Info. The report view defines remaining as stored subscription total minus paid; adding these once per subscription reconstructs the stored total. subscription_installment_amount is the amount of one regular installment.

Do not sum the same subscription fields repeatedly across installment or expanded designation rows. Indefinite subscriptions have no fixed commitment total and report indefinite remaining. Reconcile a known subscription before applying the calculation to an export with mixed row types.
