For GiveCampus reporting.
Open Events → Custom Reporting → New Custom Report. In Report Basics, name the report (up to 55 characters) and choose the row structure:
- Registration Report organizes data by registrant with guest information consolidated.
- Guest Report organizes data by guest; the builder supports consolidated guest rows or activity rows. The code defines Activity Row as one row per activity per guest.
- Auction Report, when available, uses item, bid or bidder data. Seeing this report choice does not prove a particular event has auction data.
Where offered, choose whether FMV + Gift appears on the same row or split into separate rows. These choices change how many rows a registration can produce, so row count alone is not an attendance count and repeated payment values must not be summed indiscriminately. Continue with Save & Next to configure the saved report's Filters and Columns. Changing the type of an existing report can remove columns that do not apply; inspect the warning before saving.
For a ready-made cross-event registration table, use Events → School-Level Reports, set the date range and Update, then search registrations or Export. It separately labels initial registration, later registration/payment status, refund/net totals and Uploaded Offline?. An offline registration can show ticket FMV/gift components while payment fields are N/A; this is not evidence that GiveCampus processed that ticket payment.
