What counts toward monthly email usage

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The usage display counts sent recipient records for email outreaches sent during the current calendar month. Sending twice to one person counts twice; it is not a count of unique monthly people. Dedicated test sends use unsaved test recipient objects and do not contribute to that count. Sending a real outreach to internal staff does count. The displayed allowance is supplied by account subscription provisioning; a requested contract or allowance correction needs account review.
