Video access and linked thumbnails

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Where GC Video is available, the legacy Insert Video Link control inserts a thumbnail that links to the selected video page. The new Composer exposes its GC Video plugin only when video access is available. Do not describe this as guaranteed inline video playback in recipient inboxes. An ordinary linked image or button can point to a shareable video page; test the recipient experience.
