Unable to prepare email content before a test or grading

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Outreach editor prepares HTML from the current draft before opening Grade Email or sending a test; a render/preparation failure can produce “Unable to prepare email content.” That is not itself a diagnosis of computer access or permissions. Compare the exact saved editor data and user/browser error with the colleague’s successful session, preserving the draft. Support needs the actual draft and failure details to identify the repair; do not repeatedly resend the already-sent outreach.
