Stray commas or “US” at the bottom of a test email

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Outreach footer renders the school's mailable address, with commas between city/state and country, and defaults the country to US when blank. If the address fields are empty, stray punctuation and US can remain visible. An authorized administrator should review the school's mailing address under the available Other Settings screen, save the complete intended address and retest.

Removing unrelated email-body text will not change this generated footer. Preserve the unsubscribe controls; do not remove the entire footer to hide incomplete address data. Support must inspect the actual message if the text comes from another footer/template.
