Smart Ask input files and spreadsheet export

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Smart Ask uses constituent biographical data and giving-history gift records. The setup supplies separate constituent-data and gift-upload templates; use the appropriate import configurations and consistent constituent identifiers. Gift records include gift ID, type, amount and payment date. Review the displayed missing-data requirements, including recent history, historical coverage and gift volume. Once processing finishes, open the Smart Ask segment and choose Export. The resulting CSV can be opened in Excel; it is not a native Excel workbook. Do not assume predictions before the data requirements and processing complete.
