Sharing a newsletter publicly

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Do not share an administrator Outreach or template preview URL as a public newsletter page: the show/preview actions require administrator authorization. For a public website/social archive, publish a non-personalized copy of the approved newsletter content on the institution's public website and share that public page URL. Remove recipient-specific merge values, unsubscribe/manage-preference links and private tracking or account links. Test the page while signed out. This is a publishing approach using the school's website; the Outreach preview is not a public View in Browser/archive feature. The website publishing steps depend on the school's own CMS.
