Remove automatic Outreach address footer

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Outreach mailer appends the generated mailing-address and unsubscribe footer independently of your authored footer. It does not expose a per-email remove-generated-footer setting. Avoid duplicating the postal address in your authored block: keep your logo/site link there and rely on the generated address/unsubscribe section, then test the email. Deleting a custom footer snippet does not remove the generated section.
