Remove a recipient now versus future unsubscribe

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Exclude the recipient from each pending Outreach using recipient controls. That manual exclusion persists across regeneration of the same outreach, but is not a global unsubscribe from future mail. Handle the broader removal request through the institution's established disabling solicit-code import/suppression process or support-assisted unsubscribe, then verify future recipients. Do not assume a universal administrator unsubscribe button; recipient unsubscribe links and unsubscribe reporting are separate screens.
