Personalization CSV headers differ by workflow

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Use the destination importer's template. Personalized workflow uploads use constituent_id and greeting_name; legacy Autofill/Personalization supports external_id and display_name. Exports are not universally interchangeable import files. Map identifiers and greeting fields explicitly while retaining their meaning; do not treat every constituent_id header as an internal GiveCampus UUID. Naming consistency requests are product feedback.
