Outreach opt-outs do not automatically write constituent solicit codes

No automatic constituent solicit-code write is established by the unsubscribe flow. It creates a school/email/topic unsubscribe record and Outreach excludes matching addresses using that record. Review Email Unsubscribes for the recorded preference; separately synchronize approved CRM solicit-code changes through the institution’s data process.
