Legacy Personalization is not the constituent API list

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The legacy Online Giving Personalization page queries its personalization records and tags; it is not a view of every school-level constituent record. A large API constituent import therefore need not appear as the same number of legacy personalization rows. Identify the available workflow and school entitlement with support; do not expect that granting permissions or rerunning the API automatically populates legacy links, or that Outreach is included in the current contract.
