Inspect gifts behind an Outreach conversion count

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Outreach metrics view opens Conversion Details, displaying donor name, email, amount and donation type. Its report matches contribution records from conversion events tied to the Outreach recipients; it is not a complete list of all gifts received after the send. The drill-down is limited to contributions, so do not assume it enumerates event registrations. Reconcile with gift records rather than equating a conversion count with settled revenue. Ask Support about export options if you need these details in a file.
