Schedule birthday emails

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Outreach workflow supports individually scheduled sends and event-relative invitation, reminder and follow-up sequences. It does not expose a recurring daily birthday-triggered constituent email workflow. Gift Officer birthday reminders are internal notifications, not automatic birthday video emails to constituents. Scheduling a video-link email for a prepared audience does not cause it to repeat every birthday.
