Save a sent newsletter as a PDF

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Open Outreach → Sent and the intended newsletter to view its email preview. The screen embeds the raw email HTML and has no product Download PDF action. For a static copy, print the actual received email to PDF using the mail client or browser print controls, checking pagination and images before saving; a sent preview can contain generic rather than recipient-resolved content. Support must retrieve the actual message if you cannot access it. This is a print workflow, not a native newsletter PDF export.
