Salutation as greeting

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Greeting Name sources are First Name, Preferred First Name, Nickname and First & Last Name. A distinct salutation is not a native source option; use a workflow/person plain-text greeting override where needed. The default fallback checks preferred first name, nickname and first name when the selected source is blank.
