Plan a large text send daily limits versus purchased allowance

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Open GC Outreach → Usage and check both today's capacity and the subscription-period allowance. Purchasing more allowance does not by itself increase the daily cap. If a planned audience exceeds remaining daily capacity, split it into smaller sends across days or ask Support to check the school's configured daily capacity before committing to a send date. Scheduling a future text does not guarantee that sufficient capacity will remain when it runs.

Daily capacity depends on your school’s plan and provider configuration. Check the available daily allowance and contact your account team before planning a larger send. A temporary increase requires account review and is not guaranteed. The daily counter uses Pacific-time day boundaries.

Confirm your institution’s applicable allowance, overage pricing and quote with your account team before purchasing additional capacity.
