For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.
Yes, one Outreach can contain different ask amounts. Upload recipient data with a custom merge field such as custom_ask containing the numeric amount for each recipient (100, 250 or 500). Insert $custom_ask$ in the email text and use the same token in the giving form’s autofill amount parameter, for example the form’s full URL followed by ?pvalue=$custom_ask$ (use &pvalue= when a query already exists). Keep currency decoration outside the numeric link value. Test a recipient from each amount group and verify both the delivered text and clicked form. This simple fixed-amount approach does not require three sends or an automated Smart Ask strategy; if a personalized workflow also sets amounts, resolve that configuration rather than mixing competing defaults.
