Invalid URL such as #_msocom_1 with empty link text

This error identifies an anchor whose destination is a document fragment rather than an accepted email URL; empty link text can make it hard to spot visually. Remove the unused anchor or replace it with the intended HTTP/HTTPS/mailto destination, then preview and validate again. Such fragments can be carried in pasted content, but the error alone does not prove where it came from. Use the editor's source/link inspection or support assistance if it is invisible. Do not repeatedly send the unchanged draft; the narrowly recognized placeholder-button exception is not a general exemption for arbitrary fragments.
