Insert signature image into email

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Save the approved signature as a normal image file, then use the email editor’s Image insert/upload control at the intended position instead of pasting an image from another email or document. Set its alignment/size using the available editor controls, save and send a test. Keep the sender identity accurate and obtain the signer’s approval for the message; an image signature is not a digital-signature verification feature.
