Imported ask versus workflow override

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

In the newer personalized-workflow ask configuration, imported reads the linked person's CRM ask amount. A saved override for that person and configuration takes precedence over imported or Smart Ask amounts. A custom column in a segment CSV is not, by that fact alone, this CRM ask field.

The older Personalization area separately updates autofill records and their designation splits. Identify which workflow generated the actual emailed link before comparing a preview with an override in another area. A different link, person or configuration can point to different data; do not recreate a recipient list or promise cross-workflow override propagation without checking those identities.
