Header format for direct-recipient custom tokens

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

For direct Outreach recipient uploads, custom-token columns must begin with the literal prefix custom_ and use letters, numbers and underscores after it, such as custom_ask_amount. Other extra columns can be ignored rather than becoming tokens. Keep the required standard headers from the supplied template, upload through the outreach's recipient workflow, wait for processing and preview the intended recipient. Uploading a segment with the same column is not the same operation.
