Handle unwanted incoming text messages

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Archiving removes the selected conversation from the inbox. A new conversation with the same participants does not include the archived history. Archiving should not be used as a permanent phone-number block or a way to prevent future charges.

Contact Support about unwanted incoming texts, and preserve the details needed to investigate the sender.
