Grade Email is disabled after enabling the Labs feature

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The editor has separate checks for the Grade Email feature and the school's Generative AI agreement/enablement. Enabling the beta alone does not satisfy the AI check. The disabled button's tooltip directs the user to their school administrator to enable Generative AI when needed.

Also complete Sender Name, Sender Email Address, Subject line and Email body. The grader stays disabled when these required values are missing or while grading is in progress. Review those checks and the tooltip before recreating the email. This does not require first generating the email with AI, and it does not confirm this school's actual consent or provisioning state.
