Find when an email address unsubscribed

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Open Outreach → Reporting → Email Unsubscribes. The report shows constituent IDs when linked, email, source Outreach when available, topic and unsubscribe date. Export to CSV includes the recorded timestamp in the school's time zone. This is the recorded opt-out time, not proof of a reader's intent or the time of every earlier unsubscribe.

The export button does not carry the table's search/topic parameters, and the export does not apply its display search. Do not assume the downloaded file matches a filtered screen; inspect/filter the CSV before sharing or importing it elsewhere.
