Excluding Giving Day donors from later messages

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Configure an online-gift exclusion on each later outreach with the intended campaign(s) and giving-date window. Review its excluded recipients. The email process regenerates recipients before sending. This filter matches gift payer email to the email recipient and uses qualifying gift states; another email address, household relationship or gift existing only outside GiveCampus is not automatically equivalent. Add a separate exclusion/source where needed. This does not recall sent messages or guarantee suppression for gifts arriving after the send-time refresh.
